Tyndall Lecture 2010: Physics in Action

 

 

 

 

 

Taking place during January and February 2010, the 2010 Tyndall Lecture - Physics in Action - hopes to show physics through fun demonstrations – there will be no maths! Physics is essential for the understanding of many phenomena in nature. 

Often the importance and fun of physics is buried underneath layers of maths and abstraction.The lecture will seek to explain many physics concepts by looking at some physics demonstrations and real world applications.
